This journey will take you on an epic odyssey through most fascinating states of southern India. South India is famous for its incredible scenary, vibrant culture, delectable food,
among other manmade marvels.  Explore palaces in Bangalore and Mysore, wildlife in Bandipure, Hill stations and Tea plantations in Ooty and Munnar, Spice plantation in Thekkady, magical water ways of Kumarakom & Alleppey with an overnight on traditional houseboat and the Dutch and portugese town of Cochin.

Day 01: Bangalore

Meet & assist upon arrival at Bengaluru International Airport and transfer to your Hotel. Day at leisure.

Day 02: Bangalore – Mysore (B)

Morning embark on the city tour of Bangalore visiting the Windsor Palace, the summer palace of Tipu Sultan and drive past the Cubbon Park and Vidhan Soudha.  Later travel to Mysore and evening explore the famous sandalwood bazaar.

Day 03: Mysore (B)

Morning visit the Chamundi Hill to see the panoramic view of the city. Later explore the city with a visit to the Brindavan Garden for the musical fountain show. 

Day 04: Mysore – Bandipur (B)

Morning drive to Bandipur, one of the most beautiful and the better-managed national parks of India. Afternoon enjoy a wildlife safari at the national park. 

Day 05: Bandipur – Ooty (B)

Morning enjoy another safari at the national park. Later travel to Ooty and afternoon explore the botanical garden and the Ooty lake.

Day 06: Ooty – Munnar (B)

Morning drive to Munnar - the highest town of Kerala with a cool, bracing climate exuding old world charm and popular for extensive tea and cardamom plantations.

Day 07: Munnar (B)

Morning visit to Pothamedu, to see the tea, coffee and cardamom plantations of Munnar. Also visit Devikulam, an idyllic hill station with its velvet lawns, exotic flora and fauna.

Day 08: Munnar – Thekkady (B)

Morning drive to the wildlife park at Periyar on a scenic route dotted with plantations of rubber, cardamom, cocoa, green pepper and areca nut. Afternoon enjoy a nature walk in Periyar and the spice plantation tour.

Day 09: Thekkady – Kumarakom (Houseboat) (B/L/D)

Morning drive to Kumarakom to board your houseboat for an exhilarating experience.  As you sail down a maze of canals, you see villages, paddy fields, coconut palms, fishermen and local life. Meals and overnight are onboard.

Day 10: Houseboat – Cochin (B)

Morning, disembark at Alleppey jetty, also known as “Venice of the East” for its narrow canals and backwaters and travel to Cochin. Afternoon visit the beautiful Fort Kochi. Conclude the day with a Kathakali dance show - famous dance drama of Kerala, characterised by grotesque gesticulations, amazing costumes and very extensive make-up.

Day 11: Cochin (B)

Transfer to Cochin Airport to connect onward flight.

Add-On: You can add a beach stay in Marari or Kovalam after this tour
